If you have purchased a MixWave product from Sweetwater, you have been issued a redemption code that you will use to claim your product. In order to redeem, you will need to go through a free checkout process on the MixWave website.
Redeem a Sweetwater Purchase
- After you purchase from Sweetwater is complete, go to the product page on mixwave.com and click Add to Cart.
- At checkout, enter your redemption code into the Discount code or gift card text box and click Apply. On mobile, tap Show order summary at the top to reveal the discount code text box. This redemption code will bypass having to enter in payment information.
- Fill out your contact information and create a MixWave account (Optional) to complete the checkout process.
Redeem a Drum Library or Groove Pack Purchase
For redeeming a Sweetwater purchase of a drum library or groove pack, you will automatically receive an email with your license number and any downloads/instructions pertaining to that product after the free checkout process.
Redeem a Plugin Purchase
- If you are redeeming a Sweetwater purchase of a plugin, after the free checkout process, you will be prompted to enter your iLok username and all licenses associated with your order will be deposited into your iLok account. You will receive a confirmation email will also include a link to enter your iLok ID. A valid iLok username is required.
- Visit the downloads page to download your plugin(s).
