Libraries and Groove Packs

Once your order is complete, you will receive two emails. One will be the order confirmation, and the other will contain your product download(s) and any license number(s).

Plugins

Once your order is complete, you will be prompted to enter your iLok username and all licenses associated with your order will be deposited into your iLok account. Your order confirmation email will also include a link to enter your iLok ID. A valid iLok username is required. Visit the downloads page to download your plugin(s).

If you did not receive any of these emails, you may have entered the wrong email address or your email provider’s server has filtered the email in the junk/spam folder.

If you still have not received either of these emails, please reach out to our support team using the contact form and be sure to include your name, order number, and the correct email address if there was an error.
