If you have activated a MixWave library for the first time or are trying to install a MixWave library update and Native Access does not have the option to install, it may be that you are running an older version of Native Access.
It has been recently reported that Native Instruments no longer supports older versions of Native Access 1 and that third party libraries will not deploy correctly. We strongly recommend to update to Native Access 2.
- Before updating Native Access, make sure the application is closed.
- Download and install the latest version of Native Access 2: Download NA 2 .
- After opening Native Access 2, you should see the option to install the activated library or update (if available).
Native Access 2 is compatible with macOS 10.14, 10.15, 11, 12 (latest update) and Windows 10 or 11 (latest Service Pack, 32/64-bit).
NOTE: If your operating system does not support Native Access 2 or if the issue still persists, you will need to contact Native Instruments support for any available legacy installers as we do not have access to those.
