Do I Need a MixWave Account?

You do not need to create a MixWave account to make a purchase. However, using a MixWave account makes it much easier to manage your orders and access important information in the future.

All MixWave orders are tied to the email address used at checkout. If you later sign in to mixwave.com using that same email address, your past and future orders will automatically appear in your account.

A valid email address is required during checkout to ensure your order confirmations, and additional order details are delivered correctly.

Why Create a MixWave Account?

While optional, a MixWave account is strongly recommended if you ever need to:

  • View your purchase history

  • Access your downloads

  • Retrieve license information

  • Receive loyalty discounts or upgrade offers

  • Quickly reference order details when contacting support

Creating a MixWave Account

  1. Click the Account button at the top of the MixWave website.

  2. Enter your email address and click Continue.

  3. A 6-digit login code will be sent to your email.

  4. Enter the code and click Submit.

Your account will automatically display any orders associated with that email address.

Logging into your MixWave Account

To access your order history or downloads:

  1. Click the Account button at the top of the MixWave website.

  2. Enter the same email address used during checkout and click Continue.

  3. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email and click Submit.

  4. You’ll now have access to your order history and the Downloads page.

No password is required to access a MixWave account. MixWave uses a secure, password-free login system. Each time you sign in, a one-time 6-digit code is sent to your email address.

How are my orders associated with my account?

To see an order in your account, you’ll need to sign in using the same email address that was used during checkout. If you no longer have access to that email or need it updated, our support team can help.
