Report Lost or Damaged iLok USB Dongle
In the unlikely event that you've lost or damaged your iLok Dongle, one of your activations might be temporarily lost. Don't worry!
- Report your iLok Dongle as lost or stolen by contacting PACE/iLok here .
- Complete the PACE RMA process.
- Contact us and provide your PACE/iLok RMA Number assigned to your case along with your iLok Username.
- Your old licenses will be revoked and new ones will be deposited.
Lost or Damaged Computer
If your computer is damaged or becomes inoperable or you're just simply upgrading to a new computer, there’s no need to file a PACE RMA since MixWave plugin licenses do not support machine/computer based authorizations. If your license was on an iLok Dongle, simply plug the dongle into your new computer to activate the plugin. If it was activated to iLok Cloud, you can start a new iLok Cloud session on your new computer to reactivate the license. You can find recover the latest plugin installers at mixwave.com/downloads
