I purchased a product, then it went on sale. Can I get refunded the difference?
If you purchased a product on our website up to five (5) days prior to a sale, we will issue you a refund for the difference in price. Simply contact us providing your order details within the sale period of the product.
The product I just purchased is now part of a bundle promotion, can I exchange for that bundle?
If you purchased a product on our website up to five (5) days prior to it being part of a bundle promotion, you will need to first purchase the bundle and then contact us for a refund of your original purchase within the bundle promotion period.
I forgot to enter my discount code at checkout, can it still be applied to my order?
If the discount code is still active and applies to any of the products in your order, contact us with the discount code you'd like to use and the order number and we can refund the difference. Note that most discount codes issued through email/social media marketing do not apply to promotional/sale products.
I missed a sale, can I still get the discount?
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue retroactive discounts outside of sale periods. Please subscribe to our mailing list to be informed of future offers and discounts.
