If the MIDI being sent to Kontakt is not triggering the instrument, there may be a MIDI channel mismatch. Follow these steps to resolve this. 

1. In the instrument toolbar, click the i icon.

2. Click MIDI Ch: and select Omni or the Port/MIDI channel number your controller is using.
