Changing Your Account Email Address

At this time, the only way to change your account email address is by contacting us by clicking the envelope icon at the top of the chat widget below. For quick assistance, be sure to provide your old email address, and the new email address you would like to change to.

Changing Your Personal Information

You can change your name, edit or add additional address to your account by doing the following. 

1. After logging in to your MixWave account, click on your initials badge icon located towards the top right.

2. In the menu that drops down, click Profile.

3. Click the Pencil Icon next to your name and an address to edit.

4. Click + Add to add an address.
