Graphic User Interface (GUI) Not Appearing In GarageBand

When opening a MixWave plugin in GarageBand, the plugin's Graphic User Interface (GUI) does not appear, and it opens in the "Smart Controls" view instead. Follow the steps below to load the plugin with its GUI.

1. Open GarageBand on your computer.

2. Go to the GarageBand Preferences by selecting "GarageBand" from the menu bar and clicking Preferences.

3. Navigate to the Audio/MIDI tab.

4. Uncheck the box labeled "Open plug-ins in Controls view by default."

5. Close the Preferences menu and re-open the MixWave plugin. The Graphic User Interface (GUI) should now appear.
